Mike joined Langstane Board as a co-optee in January 2019 becoming a full member in September 2019.
He was Chair of Hanover Scotland Housing Association for six years, retiring in Sept 2021.
During his paid employment he was, for 7 years until 2015 Director of the Joint Improvement Team ( an initiative sponsored by the Scottish Government/Cosla/NHS to promote improved cross agency working to achieve better outcomes for health, housing and social care users and carers) and then became an independent consultant.
Prior to this Mike was Director of Housing and Social work with Moray Council and Director of Neighbourhood Services for Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council.
Mike became Chair of Langstane in September 2022 and is also convenor of our Performance Committee.
