Customer Activity Reports

To make sure tenants have easy access to information about our engagement work, we want to share our quarterly activity reports.  

These reports detail the engagement work of the Customer Participation Officer and is presented to our Board of Management. It also details how our Customer Service Team are performing in terms of inbound telephony results. 

Here’s what you can read about in our activity reports:

  • Consultation and survey results and updates
  • Relevant training attended (by staff and tenants)
  • Social media engagement 
  • Meetings or events
  • Updates on telephony results for the Customer Service Team
  • Joint working with external groups and organisations
  • Updates on publications
  • Involved tenant panel figures
  • Plans for future engagement activities
