Bookings are now open for our Aberdeen networking event. Speakers for the afternoon are:

  • Jacqueline Bennett (Live Life Aberdeenshire) and Jason Strathdee (Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership), who will talk about their ‘Felt Fine’ and ‘Feeling Fine’ projects. They will focus on the importance of the collaborative approach between the arts team and care sector colleagues. (Felt Fine won Luminate's Social Care & Creativity Award in 2022)
  • Members of the team from Citymoves Dance Agency, including some of their dancers, who will talk about Quicksilver, their performance group for people aged 50+.
  • Third speaker TBA

This is an opportunity for artists and others working in Creative Ageing to get together and share what's great, what's not and how we can continue to champion creativity for older and by older people. The event is free, but places must be booked. Lunch and refeshments will be provided.
