Dr John McKenzie and Dr David Watts at the University of Aberdeen are conducting research to better understand the dietary habits of people with experience of food insecurity. The aim of the study is to look at what people are eating and drinking now, ultimately trying to make Scotland’s food sector more environmentally friendly in the future.
