2025 will see Women in Property marking its 19th National Student Awards, promoting excellence amongst female students from built environment disciplines. Students from across the regions are nominated by their lecturers, and the selected regional winners then go before the national judging panel. Regional winners will receive benefits to support their career development. The ceremony is set to take place in London this September 2025.
Chloe’s nomination recognises her exceptional potential and her dedication to the property and construction industry. Her practical experience as a joiner and property surveyor, combined with her academic excellence, makes her an ideal candidate for this prestigious award.
When asked about her nomination, Chloe said, "It came as a surprise to me, but I'm truly humbled by the recognition. I feel grateful to have such a supportive network of colleagues and mentors. This nomination is a testament to the hard work and dedication I've put into my studies and my career so far, and I'm excited to see where it takes me."
